Roach is just down the Font Martel or here you will find beautiful gours of water, a pair of shoes aqua is recommended for you to venture on the rocks.
League for the protection of birds, from January 2021, Form Martel is a refuge LPOthe name is ‘Cheep Cheep’. The LPO is an association law 1901 created in 1912.
Its purpose is to act for the bird, wildlife, nature, and fight the decline of biodiversity, knowledge and protection.
Make Martel has today a population of various birds that you can admire your roof, or a stroll on the property.

Cascade de Runes
The cascade of Runes measurement in its entirety nearly sixty metres high, with 2 waterfalls, one of 46 m high, plunging into a chasm of 7 meters deep and the other of 24 metres. The stream takes its source in the granitic rocks of the Mont-Lozère, to throw into the Tarn. It is a type of exceptional landscape to the Cévennes and the Lozère. Hewn in the rock, the waterfall offers a place of coolness and shade during your ride. At the start of the fall is an engraved stone : a dragon eating its tail is depicted. Inside of the circle it is written : "from earth To heaven and from heaven to earth ". Local legend has it that a few Vikings wandering on the Mont Lozère at the end of the first millennium have inscribed this message.
Chateau Doors
As the gateway to the High Mountains at the foot of the Mont-Lozère, the castle Doors is located in the periphery of the national Park of the Cevennes registered in June of 2011 to the UNESCO world Heritage site and defies more than 10 centuries of history.

Cave Aven Armand
Unique in the world, the cave of the Aven Armand was discovered on the Causse Méjean in 1897 by Louis Armand, Armand Viré and Edouard-Alfred Martel, the father of the caving French. You will be welcomed to the spéléogare, a train station, atypical in the heart of the Causse Méjean, which will allow you to leave for a trip underground for an hour. After a descent by cable-car, allowing easy access, let us guide you in the heart of the forest white 20 million years ago, alabaster and crystal, unique in the world. During this visit, this universe exceptional white forest, composed of more than 400 stalagmites, will reveal to you its secrets.
